FOR REAL-ESTATE AGENTS

Don't wait for a closing to prove you're good.

EarnedRep asks for 30 seconds of honest feedback after every meaningful conversation — not just the rare ones that close. New agents build a track record from day one.

The problem it solves

Review tools ask for a public review after a closing. An agent who hasn't closed yet has nothing to show — and the conversations they're having every week, the ones where they actually earn trust, leave no trace at all.

EarnedRep turns those conversations into evidence. The ask itself is the signal: I want every conversation to be worth your time, and I want to know if it was.

How it works

  1. Every agent gets a branded feedback page, hosted for them — nothing to set up.
  2. After a meaningful touchpoint — an open house, a showing, a first conversation — the contact gets a link asking three quick questions.
  3. Answers write straight back to the contact record in your CRM, and tag the contact so your automations can respond.
  4. A perfect score earns the public-review ask. Anything less routes to the agent for a personal follow-up, never a review request.
  5. Every response is kept, so scores can be tracked over time rather than overwritten — and with the client's consent, quotes can join the agent's public EarnedRep profile.

Nine touchpoints

First conversation, open house, intro meeting, buyer consult, valuation, showing, question answered, market update, quarterly check-in.

Five trust dimensions

Listening, clarity, no pressure, value, follow-through — scored consistently so they roll up into a trend.

Fatigue guard

Nobody is asked twice inside three weeks, however many touchpoints they hit.

Separate by agent

Every agent's feedback is stored in its own isolated database. Independent agents, independent data.
